The annual subscription payment of $500 will allow the creation and completion of unlimited SCRAP applications without incurring any additional fees in the fiscal year.

The $500 fee that is to be mailed to the Alabama Department of Revenue with this subscriber application must be in certified funds

Instructions

Click the PDF image to view and print the SCRAP Portal Subscriber Application. Complete the application and mail it to the Alabama Department of Revenue along with the $500 annual subscriber fee. Once you're finished printing the application, click Finish to complete the registration process and return to the Welcome screen.

The annual subscription payment of $500 (with an additional $15 portal fee) will allow the creation and completion of unlimited SCRAP applications without incurring any additional fees in the fiscal year.
